Programs and Class Times
On-RampThis class is for our new athletes. This program will meet to learn and refine foundational movements. Once this is completed you are able to join our Regular Classes with the requirement of only completing beginner versions of the WOD for two weeks. No fitness experience is necessary to join our On-Ramp program.

Regular Class This class is for the experienced athlete or those who have recently completed our On-Ramp program!
Monday - Friday 5:30 am 4:15 pm 5:30 pm Saturday 9:00 am The Saturday class is also considered our 'Unity WOD.' All fitness levels are welcome to join us and complete the WOD, which is scalable to all abilities. |
Open GymThis is offered to our members who are experienced or have completed On-Ramp. This time can be used to work on skills, mobility, or WOD.
