Start with On-Ramp

Are you ready to jump in?  Start with On-Ramp! This class focuses on building form and skill in the foundational movements you will be using. This class will take you through a warm up, various skills and movements, a WOD (Workout of the Day), and stretching/mobility.

Once you have completed this class, you are free to join our regular classes but will be required to do the Beginner Version of the WOD for two weeks.
